How to use it

Three steps. This week.

Test yourself first

Before your first session, go through the performance skill checklist and tick the highest level you pass. That's your starting point.

Do three sessions

About an hour each. Warm up, then putting and short game before full swing, and finish with a two minute review.

Score every task

Write the score down and beat it next time. That's how you know practice is working instead of hoping it is.

The other seven weeks

Week 1 gives you structure. The Playbook tells you where to aim it.

Track three rounds, find the one area costing you the most shots, and follow all eight weeks with extra time on that leak.

  • Golf ID. Set your goals and score the mental habits that cost you shots.
  • Player education. Real tour and amateur numbers, so you judge your game fairly.
  • Playing smarter. Eight rules for lower scores and the biggest leak test.
  • Worksheets. Round stats, season totals and journals.
  • Weeks 2 to 8. Every remaining session, scored, plus the week 9 retest.
